A CSVPA collection on the Graduate Fashion Week runway

CSVPA · Fashion design

Cloth, pattern, collection.

For students who think in garments. Design-only fashion at CSVPA, with 2D/fashion workshops and Graduate Fashion Week in view. Head of Fashion: Professor Holly Fulton. Pathway leader: Dennic Lo.

Year 1

Fashion fundamentals

Research and drawing through to pattern cutting and construction. Small-scale projects. A personal design identity.

Year 2

Specialisation & industry

Womenswear, menswear or another path. Live briefs with houses such as Dries Van Noten and Burberry.

Year 3

Graduate collection

A self-directed professional collection. International stage at Graduate Fashion Week. Recruiters including LVMH.

Workshops include sewing machines, dress forms, cutting tables, embroidery, overlockers and specialist fabric equipment. Materials and unlimited printing included. Design makes the garment. Communication makes the brand — they are not the same student.

Student highlight

Graduate Fashion Week is not a visit. It is the year.
